We believe construction to be the most functional art form on the planet and that it should be approached intellectually. We have been in the industry for over forty years and it has taken us all over the world. Our approach has yielded a huge network of the best craftsmen, design professionals, and material handlers and given us the skills and resources to solve the most complex of issues.
Thom Wesley began laying stone at the age of 14 and the trades and his projects have taken him all over the world. He has studied and executed complex structural construction in concrete and masonry as well as stick and timber framing. Because of his diverse background and extensive travel he has built an international network of artists, designers and craftsmen. His natural talent for management, and coordination led him to became a Lead Superintendent for a national developer and construction firm by the age of 28 – specializing in Green and zero energy construction.
Peter D’lance (M.S. Penn State University) has been building for thirty years. Whether its hand cutting timber frame estates in South America or restoring Brownstones on the Lower East Side, Peter has not encountered a problem he cannot solve. He and Peter have been building and consulting together since 2011.
We have seen it all: design professionals who over engineer projects to increase dollar figures on their percentage, contractors who refuse to think creatively, and developers / home owners whose expectations are unrealistic at best.
Every job is different and your project is unique. Creating beautiful spaces should be a stimulating and exciting process.
We are here to discover your bottom line and protect it.
